Scotland’S Climate Week

Climate action is already happening all across Scotland

From families making small daily changes, to businesses transforming how they work, to community groups creating local solutions – climate action is happening in every part of our country.

Climate Week is a chance to celebrate these efforts and invites everyone to get involved. Together, our actions add up to create meaningful change for Scotland's future.

There are countless ways that you and your community can get involved in Scotland's goal to become a net zero nation. Whether you’re a community group member, wanting to inspire young people, organising events at work, or just someone wanting to support a sustainable future, we can help you get started.

We can connect you with the advice and people you need to start making those important changes. Whether you want to leave the car at home and take a bus or bike instead; have an ambition to start growing more of your own; or simply want to save energy in your home, we share and support your ambitions. During Scotland’s Climate Week 2025, we’re going to be highlighting some of the great community actions already taking place in the Scottish Borders. We hope you’ll be inspired and get involved.
