Steven Elton, Woodland Officer, Scottish Forestry will talk us through how to plan a shelterbelt to meet your objectives, from shape to species selection. We’ll also hear from two of our hosts: Andrew Hall, Burravoe, Shetland, and Andrew Barbour, Mains of Fincastle, Pitlochry. They’ll offer their practical experiences of designing and creating woodlands to support their businesses. We’ll have staff from Scottish Forestry and the Woodland Trust joining us too.
