Citizen Science: Butterflies and Moths

Citizen Science: Butterflies & Moths -

Our next citizen science session will involve butterfly and moth identification! Join us at Selkirk Hill for some moth trapping, followed by a Big Butterfly Count - a chance to collect data for an important butterfly monitoring scheme!

This citizen science training is part of Nature Networks: Climate, an activity which is supported through the Scottish Government's Climate Engagement Fund. This is a climate engagement project run by Bright Green Nature, SBCAN and The Selkirk Hill Group to raise awareness of the local impacts of climate change.

Meet at the Argus Centre for Selkirk Hill.
