D&G Climate Hub in association with Scottish Borders Climate Action Network and the good folk at Upper Eskdale Development Group, is facilitating Carbon Literacy training sessions for children and adults at the excellent Eskdalemuir Community Hub & Old School Cafe on August 22nd.

This one-day session explores the climate crisis through discussion and workshop activities. The training is delivered by local trainers who live in Southwest Scotland and understand the specific local impacts of climate change, and how they affect our environment, communities and economy. The course is interactive, informal, and an easy way to explore achievable actions in our work and in our everyday lives to mitigate the impacts of climate change.
