sbcan YOUTH CLIMATE FUND is open!

Are you a Community Group with BIG PLANS involving young people over the summer months? 

Are you a youth project looking for some Summer Funding? 

If you answered yes to either of the above then we want to hear from you!

SBCAN are looking to encourage and develop Youth Climate action in the Scottish Borders with a new targeted fund for organisations working with young people.

Groups can apply for between £500 and £1000.

If you need any support with your application then please join us on teams on Tuesday 21st May from 6pm - 7pm or Wednesday 22nd May from 9am - 10am.

The fund opens on Monday 13th May and closes at 5pm on Monday 3rd June 2024. Applicants will be notified if they are successful after this date.

Community-led Climate Action

We are a part of the national network of climate action hubs funded by the Scottish Government.

We aim to support and develop community-led climate action throughout the region.

To support communities to be a part of a just transition to a Scottish Borders, contributing to regional & national policy and decision making.

SBCAN is hosted by the Southern Uplands Partnership.
